COBBLESTONE WAY (4) Struggled with the pace when 7th last time at Seymour. Capable of a strong comeback. Will Gordon and Amy Yargi & Ash Yargi deserve serious consideration as a team. No shock to see a win. RUSSIAN FRONT (9) First up after a break. Improved when 4th last time at Sandown but has to cope with a weight increase. Lachlan Neindorf is in good form for this stable. No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. SETHEUS (10) Resuming after a 30 week break. Did well to run into 3rd last start at Kyneton but up against stronger competition. First appearance for a new trainer. A win wouldn't surprise. APRES (3) Finished well when winning last start at the track and good career start. Facing stiffer opposition. Will be around the mark at odds.
