VILLIAN (9) Attacked the line when 2nd last run at Belterra Park and matched against less formidable competition. Been in the money 2 from 2 attempts this campaign. Deserves consideration. SHADOWY (6) Couldn't maintain the pace when 9th last run at this track but stepping up in trip. Should jump out and bowl along. Facing a stronger grade. No surprise to see a forward showing and one of the main hopes in this race. SMOKIN JOE (3) Advanced late into 4th last start around here and going up in trip. Competing at a higher class.
